Ordering & Delivery
How quickly will my order be sent?
In-stock items are usually packed and dispatched within 24 hours. Personalised and made-to-order items may take a little longer. Any turnaround time will be shown on the individual product listing.
Where do you ship?
Honey Hollow currently ships Australia-wide. International shipping is not available at this stage.
How much is shipping?
We offer flat-rate shipping Australia-wide:

Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Free local pickup is available from Baldivis, WA. Select Local Pickup at checkout and you will be notified when your order is ready to collect.
Where's my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details. Delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier and delays can occasionally occur. If your order is taking much longer than expected, please contact us through the Contact page and include your order number.

Please contact us through the Contact page as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photos where relevant so we can help.
Products & Personalisation
Can I personalise my order?
Some Honey Hollow products can be personalised. If personalisation is available, the option will be shown directly on the product page. This includes selected products such as personalised clicker bars. If a personalisation option is not shown, that product is not currently available to customise.
Do you take custom requests?
Not at this stage. New products are added regularly, so keep an eye on our latest releases.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to keep everything as close as possible, but your item may have slight variations from the product pictured. Colours can also look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations are a normal part of the 3D printing process.
3D Printing
What are your 3D printed products made from?
Our 3D printed products are made using PLA filament, a commonly used material for 3D printing.
Why can I see little lines on my 3D print?
3D printed pieces are created one layer at a time, so fine layer lines or small variations in the finish may be visible. These are a normal part of the 3D printing process and are not considered faults.
Are your designs licensed?
Yes. Honey Hollow pays for commercial licences and designer subscriptions that allow us to legally print and sell models created by the designers we work with.
Care & Safety
How do I care for my 3D printed items?
PLA does not tolerate high heat well. Keep 3D printed pieces away from heaters, hot cars, direct heat and other high-temperature areas as they may warp. Do not place them in the dishwasher. If cleaning is needed, gently wash with mild soapy water and allow them to air dry.
Are Honey Hollow products toys?
Honey Hollow products are not intended as toys. Many products contain small parts and may present a choking hazard. Keep them away from children under 3 years of age. Products containing small parts, magnets or other components may include additional safety information on the individual product listing. Please follow all product-specific safety information and supervise children where appropriate.
