Refund policy

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

3D Printed Products Due to the nature of 3D printing, each piece may have small variations and imperfections. Visible layer lines, slight texture, minor surface marks and small differences in finish are a normal part of the 3D printing process. These characteristics are not considered faults.

The bottoms, undersides and areas where supports have been removed may not have the same perfectly smooth finish as the more visible surfaces of the product. This is not considered a fault.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, filament batches and individual screen settings.

Change of Mind Change-of-mind returns may not be available for personalised or custom-made products where permitted by law.
