Welcome to Honey Hollow. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

PRODUCTS

Honey Hollow offers 3D printed creations, clickers, stickers, bookmarks and other fun finds.

Due to the nature of 3D printing, each piece may have small variations and imperfections. Visible layer lines, slight texture, minor surface marks and small differences in finish are a normal part of the 3D printing process.

The bottoms, undersides and areas where supports have been removed may not have the same perfectly smooth finish as the more visible surfaces of the product. These characteristics are part of the 3D printing process and do not necessarily mean an item is faulty.

Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, filament batches and individual screen settings.

PRODUCT DESIGNS & LICENSING

Some products sold by Honey Hollow are created from designs by independent designers. Where applicable, designer and licence information will be included on the individual product listing.

Honey Hollow only sells third-party designs where we have the appropriate permission or commercial licence to do so.

ORDERS

Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase, including product options and delivery information.

For products where colour or design requests are accepted, we will always do our best to accommodate your preference from available stock. However, requests cannot be guaranteed unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

Personalised and custom products will be made according to the information supplied when ordering. Please check names, spelling and other personalised details carefully before submitting your order.

PRICING

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD).

Shipping costs are added at checkout unless otherwise stated. Free local pickup is available from Baldivis, WA.

SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP

Australia-wide shipping and free local pickup are available.

Please wait until you have received confirmation that your local pickup order is ready before collecting.

PROCESSING TIMES

Many Honey Hollow products are 3D printed and some may be made or prepared to order.

Processing times can vary depending on the product and current order volume. Where a product requires a longer processing time, this will be noted on the individual product listing where applicable.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & FAULTY ITEMS

Please contact Honey Hollow if there is a problem with your order so we can help.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-mind returns may not be available for personalised or custom-made products where permitted by law.

Normal characteristics of the 3D printing process, such as visible layer lines, minor surface variations or differences in finish on undersides and support areas, are not necessarily considered faults.

PRODUCT CARE

3D printed products can be affected by excessive heat. Please do not leave them in hot cars, near heaters or exposed to high temperatures for extended periods.
