PERSONALISED ITEMS

Personalised items are made specifically for you. Please double-check all personalisation details before submitting your order, as once production has begun, changes may not be possible.

Honey Hollow is not responsible for errors in personalisation details provided by the customer.

Personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

ABOUT 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS

Many Honey Hollow products are 3D printed. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur between batches. These are normal characteristics of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

Layer lines and minor surface variations are a natural part of 3D printed items and add to their handcrafted character.

PRODUCT CARE

Care instructions are provided on individual product listings. Please follow these carefully to ensure the longevity of your items.

Honey Hollow is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow product care instructions.

SAFETY

Some Honey Hollow products may contain small parts or sharp edges and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Please check individual product listings for specific safety information.

Honey Hollow products are intended for decorative or personal use as described in individual listings. They are not toys unless specifically stated.

RETURNS & CHANGE OF MIND

Due to the handmade and small-batch nature of Honey Hollow products, change of mind returns are not accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Honey Hollow within 7 days of delivery via the Contact page.

Please include your order number and a photo of the item received. Once assessed, a replacement or refund will be arranged where applicable.
